TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services & Payment

Photography services are charged hourly or based on the selected package from the website. Any additional time or services will be quoted and agreed upon separately.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit is deducted from the final amount and is non-refundable if the client cancels. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after receiving the final invoice. Images will be delivered only after full payment is received.

 

2. Image Delivery

Photos are provided as digital files via a secure download link. Prints and other formats are purchased separately. Standard turnaround time is up to 4 weeks for weddings and large events.

 

3. Copyright & Usage

All copyright remains with LanaGe Photography. The photographer has the right to use the images for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes.

The client may use the images for personal use only. Commercial use, resale or publication requires prior written permission from the photographer.

Images may not be altered, cropped or edited without the photographer’s consent.

 

4. Cancellations

If the photographer is unable to attend the photoshoot due to a valid reason, all payments made by the client will be refunded in full. The photographer is not obliged to provide a replacement photographer.

If the client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work already completed and expenses incurred may be deducted from the refund.

 

5. Liability

The photographer is not liable for delays or failure to deliver images caused by circumstances beyond their control (including client lateness, weather conditions or location restrictions). In the event of loss or damage to the images, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.

 

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared by the client is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
